ByUs is where creators share posts, videos and lives with the people who support them. Here’s how it works.

    Use your email, or sign in with Google or Apple. It takes about a minute. ByUs is for people 18 and older.

    Choose how to support

    Follow for free, join a membership, or send a one-time tip. Whatever feels right.

    Enjoy what they share

    See their posts, videos and lives, and get an email when they post something new.

    Keep up with their public posts and lives. No card needed, and nothing is ever charged.

  • Join a membershipMonthly or yearly

    Unlock their members-only posts and perks. No contract: cancel any time.

  • Send a tipOne time

    A simple thank-you, any time you like. No repeat charges.

Good to know

  • Safe payments

    Payments run through Stripe, a well-known payment company. ByUs never sees or stores your full card number. Pay with a card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, or Cash App Pay in the US.

  • Cancel in one tap

    Tap Cancel on your fan dashboard. You keep access until the end of the time you’ve already paid for, and you’re never charged again.

  • A receipt every time

    Every payment gets an emailed receipt. On your card statement, look for BYUSAPP, usually followed by the creator’s name.

  • Real people to help

    Questions about a charge? Reply to any receipt or email support@byusapp.com, and a person on the ByUs team will help.

Questions

Do I need to download an app?

No. ByUs works in your phone’s browser or on a computer. If you like, you can add it to your home screen so it opens like an app.

I already support this creator somewhere else. Will I pay twice?

Not if you join through the switching link your creator sends you. You get in right away, nothing is charged until what you already paid elsewhere runs out, and the page shows that date. Remember to cancel your old membership yourself.

Can I join from outside the US?

Yes, with any card Stripe accepts. Prices are in US dollars and your bank converts them. Depending on where you live, sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout.

What if a payment doesn’t work?

We email you and keep your access open for 7 days while the card is tried again, so you have time to update it from your fan dashboard.
