Not every fan wants a subscription

Some people want to support you once, buy one thing, or get a bit of your time. Giving them a way to do that brings in money from people who’d never join a monthly membership.

Your options on ByUs

• Tips on any post, $5 to $500, with an optional private note.
• Downloads: sell files like PDFs, music (MP3, WAV, M4A, AAC, FLAC), videos, image packs or ZIPs, up to 10 files per product.
• Single posts: let non-members buy one members-only post, $5 to $500.
• Post bundles: sell 2 to 50 members-only posts together, perfect for a back catalog or a series.
• Paid messages: set a price from $5 to $100. The fan’s card is only charged if you reply within 6 days.
• 1:1 video calls: 15, 30 or 60 minutes at your price (at least $10, $15 or $20). Charged after the call if you joined.
• Gift memberships: fans can give 3, 6 or 12 months of your membership to someone else.
• Group memberships: one person pays for 2 to 10 seats.

Start with one

Don’t switch everything on at once. Add the one that fits what you already do: musicians often start with downloads, artists with single-post sales, coaches and video creators with calls. Every option uses the same fee as your memberships and pays into the same Stripe account.
